- Jan 13, 2017This isn't exactly in line with the issue at hand. But I did resolve the issue by unplugging the hotside internet connection from the router and then plugging everything back in.

Thank you for the update.
But can you provide more information when you say "hotside"?
You mean unplugging and replugging the Ethernet cable from the WAN/Internet port on the router?
