   Did you consider trying this radical concept (which works for some

for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.  Look for
topics like "Types of Logins", "Basic Wireless Settings", and "Reset".
Further reading might not hurt, either.

   You can also create a "MyNETGEAR" account, which is independent of
the stuff in the router itself.
