R7800 2.4GHz radio BUG breaks when 5GHz is disabled and schedule is set in 1.0.36 firmware and newer

I have an R7800, we do not use 5GHz so i disable it, the problem is when it's disabled the 2.4GHz will break once it's disabled and re-enabled.  This started happening in 1.0.36 firmware and up.  version 1.0.32 and lower works perfectly fine.

To re-create the issue under advance wireless settings:

1. set a schedule for the 2.4GHz radio (pick something that will not activate like 3am start and 3:30am stop)

2. check box turn off wireless signal during following time period

3. uncheck box for "Enabled Wireless Router Radio" for 5GHz radio

4. make sure "Enable Wireless Router Radio" is checked for 2.4GHz radio.

It should look like this:

5. Press apply now only the 2.4GHz should be working and visible.

6. uncheck "Enabled Wireless Router Radio" for the 2.5GHz

7. Press apply - verify 2.4GHz radio is not working

8. Now re-enable the 2.4GHz Radio - check "Enable wireless router Radio" for 2.4GHz

9. Press Apply - Verify the 2.4GHz radio is broken it will broadcast it's SSID but you cannot connect to it and the router status page says it's turned off.  The only way to fix it at this point is to reboot.
