r7800 cannot connect

Hello I have bought a r7800 set up and turned on and I can't connect using said WiFi password. Did factory reset still can't connect. And sometimes power led goes solid orange

Won't connect either by ethernet cable either. Won't connect via the link to the router given in the instruction manual.

Any ideas
