Need to make certain the firmware default reset was successful. Firmware default reset is a two handed operation. With the router powered on, you hold the device with one hand and use a toothpick to press and hold in the reset button on the back. Hold the button in until the LEDs start to blink, then release it. The router will then boot. The reset button is recessed inside the case. When the firmware default reset is successful, the router will broadcast Wi-Fi on the default SSIDs listed on the label. The default password is also listed on the label.
The model number of the ONT would be very helpful to determine if it is a terminal only or a combination device with a router and Wi-Fi. Does the ONT have more than one Ethernet output port?

SSID is showing on my laptop and phone but when entered password just constantly says connecting and doesn't connect at all
Tried ethernet to and the www.routerlogin.net doesn't work says not found
Tried the app but the same as above won't connect using given password
Even after factory reset- KitsapDec 20, 2022Master

Even after factory resetIf after reset you can see the default SSID and the default password does not work, there is a chance you have a bad unit. Not to give up yet as you are trying over Wi-Fi. Make sure you are using correct case for the Wi-Fi password.
Via Ethernet, have you tried to use 192.168.1.1 to access the router user interface? After the default reset, the admin password is password.
What web browser are you using? Once things get crosswise with the login and passwords you have to clear the cache on the browser.
