R7800 continuous reset
Got home from work and WiFi was working fine on my phone but a couple of in home devices had disconnected. The WiFi was undiscoverable on these devices. Attempted to power cycle the router and now it goes through a cycle of the power and ethernet lights starting amber. They turn white and the 2.4 and 5 GHz lights turn on as well as the WPS and wireless lights but only for a couple of seconds before all four LAN lights flash white and amber and the process resets. This happens continuously even after power cycling and changing the outlet for the AC adapter.

Can you feel if the reset button is being pushed in back of the router. There should be a noticeable bump when you press the reset button. If not, could be one cause.
Try a different power adapter maybe?
