R7800 firmware update corrupted and cannot download, how can I get support to assist?
I downloaded the firmware update and attempted to upload after extraction. Message says disk image file is corrupted. Next steps??

with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be
more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations. Was that error this one?:
Couldn't mount file
(X) The disc image file is corrupted. As described in:

Did you read that?
Did you "click on" this ".img" file in the file browser opened by
clicking on the "Browse..." button in the Firmware Update/Upgrade page
in your browser (as the instructions say), or did you "click on" this
".img" file in some File Explorer window outside of the web browser
(which is exactly what not to do)?

PS, I DID read the release notes and found them not very informative.
