R7800 frequent REBOOT

Hi,

I have a R7800 router and every other day I have to reboot.

The speed drops to below 50mbps, after rebooting the router I get my 400mbps speed for a few days.

Please help me resolve this problem.

    some more details might help. 

    1. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    2. what firmware is on it? 

    3. are all devices impacted? or just wireless? or just wired? 

    4. It drops to exactly 40mbps but still works?

      Hi,

      Arris Surfboard 8200 cable modem

      Xfinity Comcast internet provider

      Firmware v1.0.2.82

      yes is works but is slow.

        Did it just start happening? or did something change to cause it? 

        Does it happen on all device? just wireless? just wired? 

        have you tried a factory reset and reinstall?
