R7800 getting high pings
hi i buught this new router called Nighthawk x4s r7800 for gaming and i am getting high ping from 173-1000 ping on games. before i have normal router and i was getting 30-45 ping in japan server b...
1. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
2. is it just in games? Because you might not be getting into games in your area. If the server it connects to is quite far away, you will have higher ping in that games.
3. What ping do you get if you test a standard speedtest? (not in a game but on a pc/laptop)
