The internet light will flash amber during this, and sometimes the power led will change to amber but solid.
Firmware is v 1.0.2.92
The modem is a Spectrum DOCSIS 3.1 eMTA.
There are 15 devices connected to the router.
I have done a reboot of both router and modem multiple times and hasn't changed anything.
Have not done a factory reset on the router

You need to have your ISP check the service line and signal quality up to the modem. If the routers Internet LED is turning AMBER, means the modem may not be getting good service to the router.
I'd also do a factory reset and setup from scratch as well.
Change out the LAN cable as well between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
