Noticed this a couple of days ago but it was using wifi on my phone and didnt really chase it. Just started chasing it today.
try using a different dns provider.
Try googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
or cloudfare at 1.1.1.1

- I have did a factory reset. I rolled back the firmware. No improvement. I updated the firmware to current. Some sites worked and today I got a too much traffic from you isp once but never again. It seems to be working now. I have no idea why. I will continue to troubleshoot. Thank you for your help. I will open another thread if I see different errors again. For now I will assume your suggestions solved my issue.
