Hi Since updating my firmware to  V1.0.2.78 for my Nighthawk(R) X4S R7800 My internet connection have slowed down , stop working and on and off Called spectrum internet , hard reset both modem and...

The modem is Hitron E31N2V1

and yes i did all that .  i even went to the spectrum website to resend the signal and reset the modem

OK. Straightforward modem with nothing routery to complicate matters. Unless the ISP has specified a particular customised version.

    im gonna update this after the tech guy from spectrum. For now im using version firmware 68 as above person suggested.
