R7800

I have a netgear R7800. does anyone know if this router is good for Fiber optic?? If I'm going to get 200/250mpbs, will this router give that to me or is it just good for DSL??

    I use my R7800 with coax and can get speeds very close to 1 Gbps down and 50 Mbps up. The router is more than capable of that. What kind of connection/ONT are you setting up? is it FTTH?
