Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update? Be sure to restart your network in this sequence: Turn off and unplug modem. Turn off router and computers. Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect. Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect. Turn on computers and rest of network.

Does it work fine if you move it back to the old location?
- Elmer157Nov 29, 2023TutorStill the same 401 code. I did not place the modem and router back to original location. Location is different part of the house. I know the modem is working,as all the lights are up and running. The R7800 are flashing white as in the past. 2.4 and 5 g both flashing.
