R7900 - ReadyCloud WEB Preview Not Working
I am brand new to ReadyCloud and using it for the first time. I have a Seagate Portable Drive USB3 attached to my R7900 NightHawk and I can get the device from a WEB browser, phone, and tablet. However, when I try to preview image files (*.jpg) nothing happens! No preview, no error, no nothing! I can download the files and then view them but I can't preview them online.
I sent myself a link to access a folder on the drive. Opening the link and navigating the folder path as well as listing the files works great. Just no preview. I've tried this in Edge, IE 11, and Chrome.
Any assistance is appreciated,

This is normal that you will not be able to see a preview for photos if you are going to access it via portal. Try to use the software when accessing the files and check for the preview.
