r7900p no login page

Hello, I think I have tried everything. I tried different URLs from 192.168.1.1 to other suggested links. I tried deleting the cache. Nothing works for any of my browsers. They just redirect to netgear's webpage. The app is of no use for me as i can't forward ports and do other stuff. Any solutions?

        And the question from plemans?

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

This is an important part of the equation.

    Login how? Wifi? Ethernet?

What firmware version do you have on the device?

A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The make and model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

What webpage is that? Netgear has plenty of them.

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

Did you try disconnecting the router from that and then connecting to the router?

Or even disconnecting it from the modem/gateway and doing a factory reset on the router?
