R7960P making sure IPv4 is Enabled

How do I accomplish this?  I am having issues with my Peloton bike and they said to make sure this is enabled.   Any help is greatly appreciated!

Rides keep freezing up and I have to restart the bike.

Id ask the Mfr of the bike about that.
