R7960P Remote Management option not available

According to my manual, remote managment can be enabled or disabled on this router.  The option is supposed to show up in the Advanced Setup Menu Tree under remote managment.  As you can see fromn the screenshot provided that is not the case.  It also doesn't exist under the web services menu.  I have firm ware version V1.4.4.94_1.3.56.  Was remote managment removed in this version?
