Just paid my Comcast cable bill last night after they turned me down service wise. Everything came back up but my router's radios are off....rebooted router but still no go...wondering if burned out, ...

What do the LEDs on the router look like?

 

Have you tried pressing the WiFi on/off button on the front of the router?
