R8000, Bootloop after firmware update.

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I wanted to share an issue we encountered while updating the firmware of our AC3200 R8000 wifi router, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving it.&nbsp;After waiting for several hours during the firmware update process, we decided to cut the power and restart the router. However, since then, the router has remained stuck with a permanent amber power light. Periodically, all the lights flash, what we assume is a indicating that it might be caught in a boot loop.&nbsp;We have attempted to use the reset button, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. We do have a backup available, which could potentially be of help in resolving the issue.&nbsp;If anyone could kindly point me in the right direction or provide any resources to fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.&nbsp;Thank you for your time and assistance.&nbsp;Best regards,Richard

If any of this fails, the router probably needs to be replaced.&nbsp;
