R8000 bricked
I have attempted tftp & nmrpflash numerous times but there were never any "flashing light" moment.. is the router certified gone? Thanks..

sounds like its truly bricked. You could always try the serial port method of recovering it but I'm not sure how much more time/$ I'd invest in it.

What are the lights on it doing? (all of them, color, blinking, etc)
what error are you getting when you tried tftp/nmrpflash?
Did you try a different power supply? (I've seen the wrong ones used and cause issues or ones going bad)

Power: solid half red & half white
2.4ghz, 5ghz1, 5ghz2, USB3.0, USB2.0: solid white
and the rest are not on at all..
tftp had #0 block, and doesn't seem to be loading anything at all
nmrpflash had Error: Ethernet cable is unplugged, i have tried different cables but still the same..
I will try to find a different adaptor to try and let you know.

what do you mean half red half white. Does it blink on/off those colors?
Is it red for a period of time and then switches to white?
Is the wifi broadcasting?

Half side it is, left half is red and right half is white, and rock solid as soon as the power is connected, no blinking nor flashing.
And no the wifi is not broadcasting at all.

Did you check the power supply?
You might have one sitting around that matches. Just make sure you have the exact same voltage/polarity. You can have higher amperage but not less.
