Thanks Aspirant, the issue is with wired, not wireless, and the solution seems to have been to disable QoS. We are now up to a Line Speed of 42.56Mbps and Download Speed of 5.32Mbps on a 100/40 connection. I understand it should be up towards 80Mbps, however this can be due to cable connections that are over 20yrs old. At least I have had a vast improvement by disabling QoS.

I have found that by turning OFF "Enable Dynamic QoS" I can get a speed boost to Download Speed: 13.99 Mbps and Upload Speed: 5.24 Mbps. There must be other settings that can be disabled to have more throughput.
