R8000 Firmware
How is the firmware 1.0.4.4? Are there any bugs or anything like the R7000 1.0.9.18 has or anything like that?

Old saying " If it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies truly in your case. Any FW version earlier and include 1.0.3.54 seems to work fine, may be at the expenses of not getting latest security update. As far as I'm concerned, R8000 is not on list for recent security risk.
I guess I have to wait for NETGEAR to come up with firmware that will work. For now, I'm skipping update firmware 1.0.4.4 and 1.0.4.2 altogether

So my 8000 came with 1.0.3.46, is it worth putting 1.0.3.54 on it? I've had it two days and it's stable.I'm just curious about whether I should update it and if others have problems with 1.0.3.54
Thank-You
