Happening every 24 hours? (roughly)
wonder if the lease is expiring. Wouldn't be the first time an ISP supplied device didn't functin properly in modem only mode.
A couple things you can try?
1. put the superhub back in router mode. Disable its wifi. Then put the netgears IP address into the superhub's dmz.
Or if that doesn't work
2. try the superhub in router mode with wifi disabled. and put the netgear into access point mode.
Both those options leave the superhub acting as router and either forwards everything to the netgear or leaves the netgear as an access point.
ISP supplied devices can be difficult to troubleshoot because the ISP doesn't do the greatest job of updating/fixing issues because it costs them $.
