R8000 Not Updating Firmware

When I log into either the Netgear genie app or http://www.routerlogin.net/ and click "A router firm update is available", there is no check box or option to actually update the firmware. My firmware is 1.0.2.44_2.1.46.1 and there are multiple versions needed. Does anyone know how to update the firmware another way? Thank you.
