R8000 Qos Bug/Not Working

I have been using this router for awhile but the latest firmware update 1.0.4.76 (V1.0.4.76_10.1.82) cause the Dynamic QoS in allowing the option to change the priority per device in the Attach Devices section.

Now I can't change the setting and the priority changes on their own.

Sometimes if I press Apply in the Qos Setup section when enabled, the priorities "reset" to medium but after some time they change on their own. For example, I have two Chromecast tv devices and they either stay on medium or change to high priority and I have some laptops that change to high priority too.

I have factory reset via both reset button and within firmware but the issue stays the same. Also tried the previous firmware version but I still have the same issue.

The performance optimization database is also having an issue. Most of the time it shows version v1.170,0.0.11 from 2017/07/23 but sometimes it shows version 1.328,0.0.11 from 2020/08/06. This is under the Qos setup page.

Thanks

    I don't follow that sentence.

How fast is your Internet connection?

Do you need to use QoS? It was designed for the days when Internet services were too slow for multiple users to share a connection. These days it just eats up  router power will achieving nothing.
