R8000 upgrade from sky q

How does the Internet reach you? Sky uses different delivery technologies and fibre is widely abused label. All Internet has fibre somewhere in the network. Sky quotes speeds that could be anything from ADSL upwards.
Chadm10 has FTTP. That won't work with the Drayton Vigor 130 which is a DSL modem. (That's more like FTTC, fibre to the cabinet.) The Drayton may or many not be compatible with your service. Ask Sky.
What box do you have now. The picture you show could be many things.
The R8000 is a router. You need to feed it from a modem or some sort. That could be a cable modem, a DSL modem or a fibre optic termination.
