All cables are CAT6. My problem is the speed coming out of the router to Ethernet. The modem delivers my rated Spectrum speed at least. The router is putting out less than half.

How was FW loaded on the router? Manually?

Hi,
I thought that I pasted a copy of the modem status page below. If that's not it can you let me know which screen I need to send? Maybe a picture example of the right page?
I downloaded and installed the FW from the web UI.
I'm using Firefox on my mac, Safari on the ipad and Edge from a windows laptop. The results are consistent across all three.
I tested the speed using the SeedTest app on my iPad, Speedtest from my ISP and Speedtest from the Netgear Web UI on the QoS screen. The speed coming out of the modem is rock solid consistent at almost 500 while the speed from the router varies from 69 to 250 from moment to moment. Never higher than that. Thanks.....

The connection status page would be under the basic tab.
Got a neighbor, friend or family member near by that you could take the router too and see if the problem follows? If it does then probably the router has gone bad may need replacing.
