Solved

R8000 won't go to factory settings

After pushing the reset button and holding for 7 sec. the r8000 restarts, but nothing has changed. No factory settings are restored.   What can be the issuue/solution?   Thx i.a.!

    Hi bock41,

     

    Press it until the power turns amber. Have it pressed about 10-15 secs.

    Sorry for my late responce but I was abroad. 

     

    After 3 times the R8000 came up in factorysettings!! Thanks for your suggestion!!
