Greetings. This is a known problem it really has nothing to do with you. Unfortunately you will have to play the "Support Game". They hold all the cards, just submit, and provide them with any info they want. It's a shame that so many people are ready to write off Netgear because of a firmware update. I will match my Nighthawk R8000P performance wise with ANY router out there presently. I had the same firmware issue that everyone else had, bite the bullet and play the game. Resistance is futile. LOL. I'm running 85 online devices flawlessly. I am totally satisfied with Netgear. Their support leaves a lot to be desired but then again too, you just can't give out an unlimited supply of $300 routers. Good luck to you, and remember, just play the game.
