R8000P - Random bandwidth drop on devices connected over WiFi

Try installing version 1.4.1.42 of the firmware to the router. Then do a factory reset and clean install (by clean, don't use a backup). then disable auto updates and try it for a bit .

Thanks for your suggestion plemans . I found the 1.4.1.42_1.3.4 firmware on the router support page and have installed it. WIll monitor it for 2 to 3 days and see if this resolves the issue.
