Your subject says "How to Login once setup in AP mode ?"
The simplest approach is to find the IP address of the R8000P on your network. Then just feed that IP address into a browser.
Among various options, this will be listed somewhere ion the management interface of your main pouter.
Another way to track down the IP address is to use the desktop genie for your operating system.

That has a neat Network Map that will list things on your network. It may even have a clickable link to your IP address of the AP.
As Kitsap says, you can make a life simpler by fixing the IP address on the AP. Then you just aim a berowser at the address and you will get into the browser graphical user interface (GUI)
