R8000P readyshare shows no disk I have connected a hard disk which works with another netgearrouter

no usb device. the device is connected. I have reset my device many times. The hard disk works fine on my other netgear router. the hard disk light blinks when connected.

What is that hard disk and how is it formatted?

    Its an Ssd formatted NTFS, I also connect usb stick FAT32 format it say no disc.

      And the firmware version on the R8000P?

        The firmare is 1.4.4.94 i have tried downgrading to the first version also but same problem.
