R8000P trying to set up with Verizon jetpack

I am trying tro set up referenced Nighthawk router with internet service provider Verizon's wireless jetpack. I have Windows 10 64--bit. What are the configurations settings in network and internet to enable the router access the internet ? I have cable to connect the router to the computer.

       I have Verizon Ellipsis wireless jet pack 3D!B. Does that tell you anything ? I do have a cable to connect the router to the computer. It is completely wireless. It has no ports. How do I connect the jet pack to the router ? Is this done in Networkand Internet  >>> Network and Sharig Center ? If yes, how ? Thank you
