R8000p update error

Hi guys,

My router seems to be stuck on firmware version V1.4.1.50_1.3.10 i had left it on auto update and did everything via the app but looking via a web browser it is still on the above firmware so it didnt do any of the auto updates it stated since i have had it, is there a way to sort this out, i have tried the solutions suggested in other posts but to no avail im at a bit of a loss on what to do next to be honest i dont want the security of the network to be compromised because of something out of my control.
