R8000P update firmware won't work

When you reset, push and hold until the lights blink while powered on.

Try holding up to 30 seconds 

the login/password is case sensitive

    Thank you, thank you.  I did reset and got a new password etc.  It wouldn't update the firmware but baby step.  Have a nice day.

    My firmware updated. Thank u so much. My laptop won't get internet now but the Hulu is good sooooo.
