My router went into bridge mode and I lost internet service. They told me I need to change it to DHCP. How do I do that?

You set it to access point mode or bridge mode?
You could always just factory reset it back to stock. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
Then simply reinstall it
