R8300 No Wireless, hard wire works but cannot access router log in page.

This has happened twice. Wireless connections drop, or say "No Internet", but all wired PCs continue to work fine. However, none of the wired PCs can access the router login page (192.168.1.1). It hangs waiting to connect. I must power cycle the router, then everything works OK again.
