Do you have the latest firmware installed on the router?
What is your connection type? IPv4 or IPv6?
If you do not have the latest firmware yet, kindly install it and then do a factory reset on the router.
I did update to the latest firmware and just rebooted, not a full reset. I will try that.
I don't remember which connection but I think it is IPv4. But IPv6 is also enabled.
