What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

    Yes. Done a reset on it and started from scratch when it wasn’t working at first.

      Had this worked before while using any other prior versions of FW or is this the first time this has started?

        First time. Only just got BT FTTP and BTTV this week. Works fine using my own router except for this snaggle. Was on Virgin previously.
