What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
How many devices do you have connected to the router?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch.

I think you read my post very cursorily and without understanding it!
What does Cat6 cable have to do with Wi-Fi?
You write about channels for 5GHZ frequency and I write about 2.4GHz - I write "about head" and you reply "about".
What has ONT and ISP provider to do with local 2.4GHz network and problems of disappearing network at this frequency!
