I have the same type of problem. 6400 V3 in the house and I need to get a signal to an outbuilding the is about 75 feet away. I can get a signal there, but it is very weak and becomes intermittent. I don't know if I can just put something like a EX7500 between the house and the outbuilding. Hate to buy one and find out it doesn't work. A secondary issue is that it is for a security camera, so needs to respond as close to "real time" as possible.

Wireless Wi-Fi extenders are a band-aid solution at best.
If your detached buildings draw electric power from the same main panel as your router does, check out the power line extenders from Netgear. Here his one on Amazon:
