R90000 OPENVPN Not Working on PC- but working on android

The OPEN VPN is not working on either of my PCs, but it works fine on my android phone. 

By not working I mean, it says it has a connection but when I try to go to a LAN ip address on my PC, it just times out. 

The logs show a fine connection.

 

One thing that's interesting is that on my phone is shows that the ip settings are 

192.168.2.2

Defualt gateway 192.168.2.1

DNS 192.168.1.1

 

If I try to duplacte the above settings to my PC's NETGEAR-VPN virtual adapter, it still just times out the connection.

 

Ideas? I'm kind of a network guru, but this has me stumpted. 

 

Oh, also just did an update to the the lastest firmware, and still doesn't work.
