That is the default local IP address for whatever your router is.
The "gateway" that plemans asked about is the modem, modem/router or whatever it is that connects you to the Internet.

In general, I find it very difficult to follow your message. What is this "old modem" supposed to tell us? The R6400v2 is a router. No modem in sight.

My apologies, I meant to say old router not modem. The default local IP address is 162.211.34.143
