RAX120 Plex & USB Storage

Question

I tried following instruction to enable PLEX but I can't find it anywhere. I search every tab in basic and advance. I have the latest firmware, 1.2.2.24. I pressed the reset button on the router, reboot, network reset within windows 10 and I can't seem to find PLEX or get access to usb storage on my desktop. I just bought SeaGate Backup Plus Hub 8tb. I bought this Router for PLEX features and usb storage :-(.

That model doesn't have plex.
The only model that supports a built in plex server is R9000
