RAX120 VPN and Tunnelblick Issues

Hello,

 

I followed the instructions on installing tunnelblick and the openvpn package from routerlogin.net but it doesn't appear to be working. I'm not sure what step I missed. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the diagnostic log. Oh I'm also using a Mac running Big Sur 11.3. Thank you for any help you could provide!
