RAX45 Can't change DNS Servers

RAX45

Firmware Version V1.0.2.82_2.0.50

We use web content filtering through a DNS server (or used to until we replaced our router), However I am unable to change the DNS settings on this router.  The option to "use these DNS servers" is unselctable.  I can click and click on it and it doesn't to anything.  I can fill out the servers, but still unable to select the option to use them. When I select "apply" or "test" it does something for 30 seconds thens comes back to the screen with no changes saved.

If you factory reset the router and reinstall, does it work?

Is Armor enabled on the routers web page?

    What browser are you using?
