Rax45 parental controls filtering allowed sites
I purchased parental controls. I'm actually really mad right now. My parental controls are filtering sites that are allowed. It comes up that mytime is filtering the site. It's wyoming fish and game! I'm trying to buy my son a fishing license! When I look on my netgear app it says that nothing is being filtered. The only way to get to the site was to turn off parental controls entirely. I paid for this subscription and I can't contact customer support unless I pay more!? I got rid of mycircle and bought this router specifically so I could manage it all together, but it's not working and I can't ask the company for help! How do I fix the parental control issue?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk RAX WiFi 6 Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH router products. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
