RAX50 AX5400 no internet connection
My RAX50 just randomly lost internet connection. Internet light is solid red. Since this has happened I've fsctory reset countless times. I managed to find out the nighthawk app was preventing it fro...

The cm1200 has 4x ethernet ports. But comcast only supports 1 device connected to it.
So try this. Power off the router and the modem. Disconnect the coax from the modem.
Wait 2 minutes.
Connect the coax back to the modem and power it on.
Wait 2 minutes.
Connect port 1 on the modem to the wan port on the router.
Power the router on.
Wait 2 minutes for it to fully boot.
Attempt setup/using the router.
Make sure to only have 1 device plugged into the cm1200.

Please verify the ISP modem model information. CMS1200 doesn't appear to be valid. CM1200 by chance?
