RAX80 issues
I can’t have access to personal controls and I can’t pause and resume access for devices. And my download speed is 48Mbps and my upload speed is 14Mbps, is that a problem from my device?
You didn't give us much and what you did say, was super brief.

2. what firmware is on it?
3. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
4. what speeds do you pay for? What speeds do you get hardwired in? (tell us your speeds without a frame or reference for what you pay for doesn't help much)
